The quality assurance lab is an integral part of our manufacturing process. It entails 2 important functions.
Firstly, the lab maintains strict quality control at each step of the manufacturing process. These tests are performed from the initial Conductor drawing stage to the final Cable extrusion stage. This ensures excellent quality across the product range and greater production efficiency.
Secondly, it also helps to test the final product based on the necessary parameters as per national & international standards and customer requirements. The lab performs over 120+ such tests under various categories like Fire, Mechanical, Electrical, Physical, Chemical & Environment. This ensures that every consignment meets the desired customer specifications.
Our testing laboratory specializes in fire and fire survival testing performed as per national and international standards.
